Palolem Beach

Finalmente, após horas de viagem, chegámos à maravilhosa praia de Palolem. Exactamente como eu tinha imaginado. Uma baia maravilhosa, com o mar sempre a acompanhar e palmeiras a cair sobre nós. Estamos numa cabana toda em madeira e é só olhar para o céu e perceber que estamos noutro lugar.

Palmeiras verdes e céu azul, descer as escadas de madeira e sentir a areia nos dedos dos pés.

A vida aqui é muito mais calma, e mais saudável, para ser honesta. O peixe é sempre fresco e a comida em geral não é tão picante. 

É com grande prazer que às 8:00h da manhã dou o primeiro mergulho do dia que me revitaliza para o resto do dia, embora seja apenas possível estar na areia até às 11:00h, pois o calor é imenso e o sol parece que queima cada parte do nosso corpo.

Logo à noite um peixe grelhado espera-nos numa bela mesa com uma vista para o oceano! 

Finally, after hours of travel, we have come to the wonderful beach of Palolem. 

Exactly as I had imagined. A wonderful bay with the sea always accompany and palm trees to fall on us. We are an all-wood hut and when we look to the sky we realize that we are in another place.

Green Palm trees and blue sky, just down the stairs and you can feel the sand in the toes.

Life here is much calmer, and healthier to be honest. The fish is always fresh and the food in general is not as spicy.

It is with great pleasure that at 8am I give the first dive of the day and that revitalizes me for the rest of the day, although it is only possible to be in the sand up to 11am, because the heat is immense and the sun seems to burning every part of our body.

At night a grilled fish is waiting in a beautiful table with a view of the ocean!
